Join certified yoga instructor Peg Toliver for a yoga routine that supports healthy posture, flexibility, strength and balance in body and mind.  Drop in for 1 class or purchase a punch card for discounted class prices. 

Peg Toliver MA is a Eureka resident. Peg uses over twenty years of Yoga training and experience to offer beginning and intermediate Yoga classes that are gentle, warm and nurturing.

David Crenshaw PT, CPT, CPI is currently teaching yoga based seminars and "substitute teaching" yoga classes. He often teaches physical therapy clients therapeutic yoga as part of their treatment approach.

Participants must be able to get up and down from floor level. If you have acute pain, therapy is recommended before attending a yoga class.
